Ac system from 1999? No problem we got this ac back up and running. We offered repair and replacement options and our customer decided to fix the unit. We removed and chemically cleaned the plugged evaporator coil. How about that drain pan?! We got the drain pan cleaned out and it was surprisingly holding water. New 5 ton 17seer 410a system installed. 10 year manufacturers warranty. The ducting was still in good condition and this customer chose to connect the new unit to the existing ducting. We added a secondary safety drain pan which was not present previously. We also added a soft start to help prolong the life of the compressor and help prevent overloading the whole home generator during compressor startup.
