What started in Zanesville, Ohio, in 2007 has grown into something we are incredibly proud of, and this year, that journey is being recognized on a stage in Tampa Bay!

DID YOU KNOW?
Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) allows utilities to be installed underground with significantly less surface disruption than traditional open-cut methods.
Instead of digging a continuous trench, HDD allows our crews to carefully drill a planned underground path and pull conduit or pipe into place, helping us work beneath roads, sidewalks, yards, waterways, and other obstacles while minimizing disruption to the surrounding area.
It’s more than just drilling; it takes planning, precision, experience, and teamwork to get every bore from point A to point B safely and successfully.
That’s what we do at ClearPath. 💚

There’s a lot more happening underground than what you see from the surface.
Horizontal Directional Drilling allows our crews to install underground utilities while minimizing disruption to roads, yards, and surrounding areas. But every successful bore takes planning, accurate locates, communication, skilled operators, the right equipment, and a strong focus on safety.
From locating and potholing to drilling, pulling product, and restoration, every step matters.
At ClearPath, it’s not just about getting from Point A to Point B—it’s about doing it safely, efficiently, and the right way.

An important reminder that safe digging starts before the work begins.

To our Westerville community,

Recently, some residents have experienced temporary utility interruptions during construction in your neighborhood. We understand how frustrating that can be, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

At ClearPath Utility Solutions, safety is our highest priority. Before any excavation begins, we submit locate requests through Ohio 811 as required by Ohio law and wait for underground utilities to be identified before work proceeds.

Unfortunately, we have recently experienced an increasing number of locate requests that were either completed after the legal response window or closed without physical utility markings being present. This creates an extremely difficult situation for contractors attempting to perform work safely while maintaining project schedules.

We are actively working with project owners, utility owners, Ohio 811, and elected officials to seek improvements that better protect homeowners, contractors, and critical infrastructure.
We remain committed to restoring any affected areas quickly, communicating openly, and completing this important infrastructure work as safely as possible.
