Today we wrapped up our “Do What’s Right” Teacher HVAC Giveaway, and we couldn’t think of a better way to finish than by surprising Charla VandeBerg at Stewart Middle School. ❤️

Over the last several weeks, we’ve had the honor of recognizing five incredible educators throughout our community. Each school, each teacher, and each surprise has reminded us just how fortunate we are to live and work in a community filled with people who dedicate their lives to helping others.

Charla is the final recipient of this year’s giveaway, and we are grateful for the opportunity to show our appreciation for everything she does for her students and school.

A special thank you to our amazing partners, Trane, for helping provide the equipment, and JB Warranties, for generously providing a 2-year labor warranty for each winner. Their support helped turn this idea into a reality.

Summer break looks a little different around here. ☀️😅

Instead of spending all summer on video games and phones, Patrick Jr. got sent to work with Uncle Aaron to learn the family business the old-fashioned way, hands on.

Today’s lesson: maintenance cleanings and taking care of customers the right way. 💪

We joke around, but moments like this mean a lot to us. Teaching the next generation the value of hard work, responsibility, and learning a trade is something we take pride in.

Who knows… one day he may be running the company and telling the next kid to put the Xbox controller down. 😂❄️

Today, we pause to remember the brave men and women who gave everything for our country. Memorial Day is not just a long weekend, it’s a reminder of the sacrifice, courage, and selflessness of those who never made it home.

We honor the heroes who laid down their lives so we could enjoy the freedoms we often take for granted. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten.

Today was another special day for our “Do What’s Right” Teacher HVAC Giveaway program. ❤️

This morning we had the opportunity to visit Centennial Middle School Centennial STEM Magnet Middle School and continue giving back to the educators who do so much for our community. Congratulations, Sandra Cooksey! What made this stop even more meaningful was having Mia, daughter of one of our owners Aaron, be part of something special at her own school.

Watching students, staff, and our team come together for a moment centered around kindness and appreciation was something we won’t forget. These giveaways are about more than just installing an A/C system — they’re about recognizing the people who make a difference in children’s lives every single day.

This morning marked our 3rd stop for the “Do What’s Right” Teacher HVAC Giveaway program, and once again, our community reminded us why this initiative matters so much. ❤️

We were honored to surprise Shannon Mack at West Zephyrhills Elementary School with a brand new A/C unit. Teachers give so much of themselves every single day, and being able to give something meaningful back to someone so deserving is truly special for our entire team.

Moments like these are bigger than business to us. They’re about supporting the people who help shape the next generation and showing appreciation for the hard work that often goes unseen.
