🏗️ NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COMMENCES
Apis Construction Services is pleased to announce the commencement of a new residential rental development with a total building area of approximately 221 m².
The proposed development will comprise four self-contained rental units, providing a total of eight bedrooms. Each unit will include:
✅ Two bedrooms
✅ Kitchen
✅ Living and sitting area
✅ Toilet and bathroom
✅ Front veranda
✅ Rear laundry space
The project will incorporate reinforced concrete foundations and floors, concrete block walls, timber roof framing and quality metal roofing.
Construction will be undertaken in stages, commencing with site preparation, setting-out, excavation, reinforced concrete foundations and the ground-floor slab.
