Design history meets modern innovation. Based on the original 1953 sketches by the Master himself, the Gio Ponti collection by Mamoli expands its horizons with two sophisticated new finishes: Polished Nickel – a brilliant, mirrored surface that radiates timeless elegance, and Brushed Copper – a warm, tactile finish for a bold and contemporary statement. A perfect synthesis of heritage and modernity, these additions celebrate the meticulous attention to detail that defines Mamoli’s DNA.

Eclectic, free, irreverent: the Sottsass Collection by Ettore Sottsass reinterprets tap design through a radical and poetic vision. Objects become active presences, shaping space and everyday gestures.
At its core, the hot-enameled Y-shaped lever defines the collection: a bold, independent sign that separates form and mechanism, turning the gesture into a precise, expressive act.
The cylindrical body and the sculptural lever come together in a striking balance of rigor and expression, transforming a functional object into an iconic presence within the home.

From the vision of the “living machine” presented in Cologne in 1969 comes the three-hole faucet that defines the entire collection by Joe Colombo. The lines are essential and clean, and the tap stands out for its soft, curved connection between body and top surface. The handles, available in both a simple and a shaped version, recall one of the distinctive elements of Colombo’s language, expressing a balance between form and function.
In Joe Colombo’s vision of living, the faucet is not an accessory, but an integral part of the space and the domestic experience. Through a faithful design reinterpretation, ideas born over fifty years ago are transformed today into a collection with a remarkably contemporary spirit.

Within the ever-changing setting at Casaornella, Mamoli presents a dialogue between visions, where iconic pieces from the Gio Ponti collection meet elements from the new Joe Colombo collection.
Set within interiors designed by Maria Vittoria Paggini, Casaornella unfolds as a layered and immersive experience. The Montecatini washbasin and tapware rest on a cabinet designed by Fratelli Boffi, in a refined dialogue of forms and languages.
Animale Sociale becomes a sensory landscape of materials, light and perception, where Mamoli collections interact with space, enhancing the atmosphere through form, reflection and presence.

Ettore Sottsass, eclectic designer and founder of the Memphis Group, always moved beyond the idea of design as mere function. Objects become living presences: they enter the space, redefine it, and accompany everyday gestures. His were visions shaped by free forms and emotion. A design that becomes a poetic and cultural language, capable of expanding the domestic experience into its most sensory dimension.

The Maestri series welcomes a new protagonist: the visionary designer who imagined the future of living.
From 1969 with Visiona 1 to 1972 with Italy: The New Domestic Landscape at the MoMA in New York, his idea of a modular and flexible home turns every space into a machine for living. Creativity and innovation brought the future within reach.
