Our scope covers the Manor House, staff houses, tasting rooms, and cellars — with mechanical ventilation systems, specialised kitchen canopies, and Daikin heat recovery systems throughout.

Airconditioning Service Coordinator (Permanent Position)
📍 Blackheath, Western Cape

We're looking for a highly organised and motivated Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service and coordinating maintenance/service call outs for our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Providing excellent customer service and support to clients and internal teams
✅ Answering phones, responding to emails, and processing quotes/orders in a timely manner
✅ Assisting customers with Service and Spares queries
✅ Answering after-hour calls (for emergency call outs)
✅ Assisting with administrative duties as needed

Requirements:
Strong communication skills (English & Afrikaans)
Good understanding of Microsoft Office products
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
A positive attitude
Residing within a 15–20 min commute of our Blackheath office will be beneficial

📍 Blackheath, Western Cape

We're looking for a motivated and organised Stores & Procurement Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Managing stock and inventory
✅ Ordering materials and equipment from suppliers
✅ Receiving and checking deliveries
✅ Maintaining an organised warehouse/store
✅ Issuing materials to installation teams
✅ Monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely procurement
✅ Liaising with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and delivery times

Requirements:
• Previous experience in stores, procurement, or inventory management
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office experience essential)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's licence
• Experience in the HVAC, construction, or electrical industry will be advantageous
