This Heritage Day, we celebrate more than our past. We celebrate the knowledge, creativity and identity that continue to shape what we build today.
At Litklean, we believe that innovation does not always mean starting from scratch.
Sometimes, it means looking at what has been passed down to us with fresh eyes.
Our land, our indigenous knowledge, our traditions, our creativity and our communities hold an incredible wealth of possibility.
We want to be part of a South Africa where heritage and innovation can exist together where African knowledge can inspire new products, new businesses, new skills and new opportunities.
Because heritage is not something we simply preserve behind us.
It is something we can carry forward.
From the knowledge of generations before us to the manufacturers, entrepreneurs and creators building tomorrow — we celebrate the people, stories and ideas that make South Africa what it is.
Today, we honour where we come from.
And we continue building from there.
