This stage focuses on the swimming pool excavation and sewer/riool lines, with trenches being carefully excavated to the required levels and routes.

Lorens has been part of the CKJ family for 19 years, starting alongside Ferdi and being there through the growth, challenges and successes that have shaped CKJ Building Construction.

Corteva | Project Update

Progress continues at our Corteva project. 🏗️

Our team is working at height on the installation and preparation of the ceiling structures, with careful measuring, positioning and attention to detail throughout the process.

Safety remains a priority, with our team using the correct fall-protection equipment while working at height.

🚧 Project Update | Coreta Site – Week 1

We're back on site at Coreta, with work progressing in both the Parent Seed area and the Basement.

📍 Parent Seed
✅ Propping installation complete.
⏳ Currently awaiting the delivery and installation of the Isowall and Elpees to continue the next phase of the project.

📍 Basement
🏗️ Structural work is progressing well.
▪️ Only 3 boxes remain to be placed.
▪️ 2 existing columns have been completed.
▪️ 1 doorway column is awaiting further instruction before installation.

Every stage is carefully planned and executed to keep the project moving efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
