Not all adhesives are the same, here's a quick guide 🔧

Contact adhesive works great for bonding large surface areas like laminates and rubber. Super glue (cyanoacrylate) is best for small, close-fitting joints. Epoxy is ideal where strength and gap-filling are needed. PVA is a go-to for wood and general bonding.

Hall's Group is looking for a reliable, hands-on General Maintenance Controller to help keep our buildings, equipment, and facilities operating safely and efficiently.

What you'll do:
🛠️ Perform general building, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and equipment maintenance
🔍 Conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot faults, and complete repairs
📝 Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety and ISO standards
🤝 Work across all Hall's Group properties and liaise with contractors when required

What we're looking for:
✅ Matric (Grade 12)
✅ 2–3 years' experience in general/facilities maintenance
✅ Practical skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance
✅ Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, organised, and safety-conscious approach
✅ Basic computer literacy (valid driver's licence and relevant trade qualification are advantageous)
