Now Hiring: Filling Station Manager
We are looking for an experienced Filling Station Manager to oversee the full operation of a forecourt and shop in Levubu. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can manage people, fuel operations, and retail simultaneously. Experience in the fuel industry will be an advantage.
This position is available immediately. The salary is market-related and based on experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and oversee all daily forecourt and shop operations
• Ensure timely ordering, delivery and control of fuel and retail stock
• Manage staff, coordinate shift schedules and maintain discipline
• Implement and enforce daily operating procedures across forecourt and shop floor
• Monitor fuel dispensing
• Ensure merchandise is correctly stocked, priced and displayed
• Maintain brand standards and ensure the site is clean, organised and well-kept
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Report to and coordinate with senior management
• Ensure excellent customer service delivery at all times
REQUIREMENTS
• Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
• Previous experience managing a fuel station or retail environment
• Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook)
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
