We believe that the understanding of the project life cycle, the product and stakeholder expectations improves project delivery. We therefor engage with our clients prior to the provision of services, in order to develop a service offering that will ensure a custom made approach and the establishment of a suitable project team. This approach has served us well in the successful completion of more than 200 projects of varying value and complexity. While we maintain focus on the discipline of project management, our strong engineering profile adds significant value, as we assist in planning and interpretation of engineering solutions. We further collaborate with specialist design engineers and construction companies to provide EPC (turnkey) and EPCM (management) solutions to clients.
