Konecranes has the world’s largest service organization, which includes more than 1.75 million service calls each year for equipment’s of different makes and industries. With our own service branches in the U.A.E (Dubai and Abu Dhabi) as well as in Saudi Arabia (Jubail, Jeddah, Riyadh and Yanbu), we currently have more than 1,500 cranes covered under service agreements. To further support our customers in the region, a parts distribution center was opened in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, U.A.E to provide time effective spare parts supply for Industrial Cranes, Port Cranes and Lift Trucks of almost any brand. In 2011 we acquired Saudi Cranes and Steel Works Factory Co. in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Since 1983, the factory has been committed to the sale and manufacture of overhead cranes to the highest safety and quality standards. The state of the art manufacturing facility, with close to 200 employees, is spread over 20,000m2 and is comprised of a team of highly qualifid engineering professionals who take pride in providing our customers with the best possible products and services. ✅ Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Engineering
✅ 5 years work experience in Field Service Engineer
✅ Knowledge and experience working in technical cranes
✅ Proficiency with MS Office applications e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities:
▪️ Inspect, maintain, and repair cranes at various customer locations.
▪️Conduct post-repair audits, ensuring safety features are functional and documenting deficiencies.
▪️Provide safety notifications and corrective recommendations to customers, and advise on necessary repairs.
▪️Complete digital service documentation, obtaining customer signatures and approvals.
▪️Maintain communication with the service office and planner.
▪️Ensure company equipment, vehicles, and assets are in safe working order.
▪️Comply with OHS regulations and company health and safety policies.
▪️Participate in health and safety improvement programs.

It delivers the required strength for industrial lifting while being lighter, cleaner to handle, and resistant to common rope related issues.
