Gabimi më i shtrenjtë në një projekt nuk është ndërtimi. Është momenti kur projekti ndalon pasi puna ka filluar.

Sepse aty humbet gjithçka njëkohësisht: koha, kontratat, financimi, reputacioni dhe kontrolli mbi kostot.

Dhe zakonisht kjo nuk ndodh nga një problem i madh. Ndodh nga gjëra që në fillim duken “detaje”: një dokument që mungon, një koordinim i pakryer, një studim i bërë sipërfaqësisht, një institucion që nuk u përfshi në kohën e duhur apo një analizë teknike që askush nuk e verifikoi realisht.

Shumë projekte nuk vuajnë nga mungesa e investimit. Problemi më i madh është menaxhimi i kompleksitetit përpara se të fillojë ndërtimi.

Sepse një projekt ecën perpara me koordinim, parashikim, analizë dhe vendime të sakta në momentin e duhur.
