In case you didn’t know...one of our Directors, Michael Talladira, is passionate about classic cars 🚘

When he’s not busy leading the way at TMK, you’ll often find him behind the wheel of one of his classic cars. This week, Michael and Marcello Caiazza are participating in the 2026 Variety Aussie Muscle Car Run, a seven-day motoring adventure celebrating Australia’s iconic muscle cars while raising vital funds for children in need.

To everyone who took the time to donate and support this incredible cause, we’d like to say a massive thank you to everyone who supported Michael and Marcello’s fundraising efforts. We’d also like to thank Variety SA for bringing together such a fantastic event that continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families across Australia.

Together, Michael and Marcello have raised more than $30,000 for this year’s event, helping Variety continue its mission of giving every child a fair go.

We wish Michael, Marcello and all participants a safe and memorable journey. We’re proud to see them supporting such an important cause and making a positive impact across local communities!

We’re proud to celebrate the next generation of environmental leaders 🌱

Environmental Science remains an important part of what we do at TMK. We understand that the land we work on across Australia carries its own history and significance that must be preserved and respected as communities, infrastructure, and buildings are developed to support ongoing growth.

Each year, TMK sponsors the Environmental Science Prize, recognising outstanding academic achievement and commitment to the field. This year’s recipient is James Graziano, congratulations to James on this fantastic achievement!

A special thank you to John, Senior Associate and Senior Technical Environmental Specialist, for attending the ceremony and presenting the award.

Celebrating International Women’s Day at TMK 💜

This year, we were proud to host our very first in‑house event dedicated to International Women’s Day, a milestone that reflects our growth and commitment to fostering a more inclusive future in engineering.

We were honoured to be joined by two inspiring guest speakers, Professor Delene Weber and Teresa Janowski, who shared their career journeys in STEM and what this year’s IWD theme means to them. Their insights were a powerful reminder of why championing gender equity remains essential for building a balanced future.

During the event, we announced several key goals and also launched our new Mentoring & Development Program, designed to support the personal and professional growth of women across TMK.

This event marks the beginning of an exciting journey, one where we continue to invest in our people, elevate women in STEM, and champion a more inclusive engineering industry.

Introducing our newest Senior Associate: Trudi Zytveld – Manager, People & Capability.

Trudi’s journey is a powerful example of what’s possible when ownership, people-first leadership, and growth are genuinely supported.

Starting her career in retail, Trudi learned early the value of building real connections. That perspective carried into administration and then HR, where she saw firsthand how thoughtful, creative people leadership can shape culture, engagement, and outcomes.

Her philosophy is simple:
Workplaces thrive when people feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.

At TMK, Trudi has thrived through collaboration, mentorship, and a leadership team that genuinely invests in its people. Her promotion reflects not only her impact and capability, but TMK’s commitment to recognising potential, backing its people, and creating real pathways for growth.

Looking ahead, Trudi is focused on strengthening inclusive leadership capability, building engaged and high-performing teams, and developing scalable people practices that create equitable opportunities, including increasing participation and progression for women in engineering.
