For a New England business like ours, AgQuip is basically a home game 🌾

For 3 days, Gunnedah became the beating heart of Aussie agriculture, and we wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else.

There's a certain energy you only get at a field day. All real conversations, firm handshakes and genuine pride in the land.

We caught up with growers, contractors and producers from across the region, heard how the season's shaping up, and talked through a challenge plenty of businesses are wrestling with right now, which is how to house their teams well.

Mostly though, we just loved being surrounded by our community.

The farmers, the families, the small-town operators who show up rain, hail or shine.

Backing Aussie farmers has sat at the core of what Uniplan does for 25 years, and days like this remind us exactly why.

Behind every module that rolls out of Armidale is a team of 88.

The tradies on the factory floor, the designers and planners in the office, the logistics crew who send a whole building down a highway, and the apprentices learning it all from scratch.

Some have been here since the early days.
The team's grown and changed plenty since, but the reason they turn up hasn't.

All of them turn up for the same reason, to build things properly and back each other while they do it.
