Before this odour control fan heads to site, it's put through Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) at our Bayswater facility ✔️

Once the fan reaches full operating speed, vibration levels are measured at the drive end and non-drive end bearings of both the motor and fan (where applicable).

This testing verifies vibration performance before dispatch, helping maximise equipment life, minimise the risk of vibration-related issues, and ensure the fan is ready for reliable operation in the field.

The final checks are complete ✔️

Before any AirEng Pty Ltd or Aerotech Fans Pty Ltd industrial fan or blower leaves our Bayswater facility, it undergoes a series of inspections and quality checks to help ensure it is ready to perform as intended.

Once approved for dispatch, it's on its way to the field, where it will support critical processes across a wide range of industrial applications.
