A new chapter begins at Blairgowrie Holiday Park. 🌿🏡

We're proud to be partnering with Moonah Tree Capital to deliver the first stage of new cabin accommodation at Blairgowrie Holiday Park on Victoria's beautiful Mornington Peninsula.

Just 500 metres from Blairgowrie Beach, the park is being transformed into a premium coastal destination for families and holidaymakers, with these new cabins marking the first step in that exciting vision.

To deliver the project as efficiently as possible, we're using a combination of on-site and off-site construction. One cabin is being built on-site due to site access requirements, while three more are being constructed simultaneously in our purpose-built facility. This approach reduces build time, maintains quality, and helps bring the park back online sooner for guests.

Projects like this showcase the benefits of modern methods of construction, delivering high-quality accommodation faster, smarter and with greater flexibility.

We're excited to be working alongside Moonah Tree Capital and the Blairgowrie Holiday Park team to help bring this vision to life.

There's plenty happening behind the scenes at our construction facility. 👷🏡

With multiple projects progressing simultaneously, it's a great snapshot of how modern methods of construction are helping deliver quality homes more efficiently.

🔨 Six homes for BIG4 Bellarine Holiday Park are now at the fixing stage, continuing our work in the growing holiday and tourism accommodation sector.

🏡 Three cabins for an exciting new client are currently at the framing stage, demonstrating the efficiencies of building multiple dwellings concurrently in a controlled environment.

🚛 A transportable main residence destined for Aireys Inlet is also nearing completion and will soon be making its journey to site.

Building in a purpose-built facility allows us to maintain consistent quality, reduce weather-related delays and keep projects moving, all while delivering homes that are built to last.

Whether it's holiday accommodation, modular communities or transportable family homes, every project reflects our commitment to smarter construction, efficient delivery and uncompromising quality.
