The Matland team have been busy at our McWhirter's project site, installing innovative pedestal flooring across the building. ⁠

This is a raised, or 'floating' flooring system that uses adjustable supports to elevate tiles, allowing for better water drainage in outdoor spaces and stronger durability for structural movement.

All waterproofing and bedding works are now complete, and we're ready to tile the remaining common areas over the next few weeks.
