Why should you get your builder involved early? 🤔
This client came to us with a designer already on board. Through PAC, our paid pre-construction process, we priced the plans early. It came in a bit higher than they'd hoped, so we worked with them and the designer to tweak the plans and bring the cost back to where they were comfortable.
Now we are onsite with the soil tester and the engineer, getting the footing design right before construction.
Whether you have plans, or just starting out, the earlier we are involved the fewer surprises later.
