That’s a wrap on our first season at Premiers’ Park! 🏉

Becoming the naming rights partner of the Norths Devils’ home ground has been a proud moment for our whole team.

This ground has been home to northside footy for decades, and seeing our name on it every game day never got old.

What a season it’s been. Big crowds, plenty of heart and some cracking footy along the way. We loved every minute of it.

Thanks for having us, Devils. Bring on 2027! 😈

Our C*D Ann Street project was one of our most technical to date, showcasing the diversity of our capabilities through multiple scaffolding systems and tailored access solutions.

With a busy public interface, sensitive glass façades, and works that had to be carried out around daytime traffic, the project required a carefully considered approach.

The solution utilised Ta**us, our proprietary ultralightweight scaffolding system, fabricated in-house by our sister company, along with meticulously planned night works and carefully considered logistics.

Even the truck runs were considered, with deliveries using our in-house 30m crane to help save an estimated two months on the project timeline.

A great example of how careful access planning can make a real difference to project delivery.

Our Pathways to Scaffolding program is built around supporting our people throughout their careers.

As they work through basic, intermediate and advanced scaffolding, they gain the skills and experience to take on more responsibility on site.

And scaffolding is just one pathway. For those who want to explore something different, there are opportunities across design, estimating and manufacturing too.

Throwback to our work on the Marriott in Surfers Paradise!

Our team installed a cantilever scaffold system with a connecting bridge on the 28th floor, more than 100 metres above the ground.

The scale and technical nature of the project also saw it featured in the Layher International Calendar in August 2023, making it the only Australian project included in that year's calendar.

A great achievement for our team and one we're particularly proud of! 👏

A big congratulations to our Employees of the Month, Matt and Dave! 👏

Matt always brings a positive attitude and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes, even when the pressure is on.

And Dave consistently gets the job done on our commercial projects, meeting deadlines and delivering a great standard of work.

Thanks for all the effort you both put in. Well deserved, lads! 👏

Another project built around safe, practical access.

Every site brings its own challenges, which is why every scaffold is planned to support the people and work happening around it.

Our partnership with the Norths Devils Rugby League Football Club team has been a great chance to bring two very different environments together and learn from each other.

There are some interesting similarities between footy and business, especially when it comes to leadership, culture, teamwork and getting the best out of your people.

Through the partnership, our teams have shared experiences, talked through challenges and exchanged ideas outside their usual circles. It's been great seeing those conversations develop and finding plenty of common ground along the way.

In this video, Norths Devils CEO Troy Rovelli, Head Coach Rohan Smith and Premier Scaffolds General Manager Justin Hodder share their thoughts on the partnership and what they've taken from working together so far.

We're looking forward to continuing to build on the partnership and seeing what we can achieve together. 👊🏉
