There's a bear in there! 😮

Today our team had a visit from an Australian HR Institute Travelling Bear ahead of International HR Day in May. The Travelling Bears are visiting Human Resources teams right across Australia to celebrate the work HR does in workplaces of all shapes and sizes.

The Travelling Bear spent some time with our HR Advisor completing vehicle checks, inspecting ladders, and undertaking online training. All important parts of keeping our team and our workplace safe every day!

This week is National Apprenticeship Week!

We're big believers in growing our own talent and making sure our apprentices gain real on-the-job experience, guidance, and a genuine pathway into long-term careers in the air conditioning and electrical trades.

This week we've welcomed THREE new apprentices to our team! They'll soon be out on the tools learning from our qualified Techs and Electricians, so if you see them out and about, make sure you say hi!👋

Everyone starts somewhere - and we're proud to invest in the future of our industry.
