Make this a habit when you talk to AI.

Most people prompt AI wrong. By asking it something vague, getting oissed when it doesn’t give you the result. Then spend the next half and hour going back and forth.

Instead ask it: “X is the outcome I want. How do I prompt you to get this result out of you?”

Then watch the magic happen.

Does your AI agent keep forgetting s**t?

Here’s why:

You might be asking it to do something you can’t do either.

You can only hold so much in your head.

That’s why you write things down.

Agents are the same. Context limits, sessions, memory compaction.

You might be dumping twenty tasks into a chat and expecting it to remember all of it.

That’s not an agent problem. That’s a systems problem.

So everything goes into the project board now.

If it’s not in there, it doesn’t exist.

The agent reads the board, does the work, updates the board.

Session ends and nothing gets lost because the task doesn’t live in the agent’s head.

Same rule that lets you delegate to a person.

Document it or it doesn’t get done.
