Tomahawk steak for dinner!
It's really amazing I had put in the smoker for 45 then on to a char sear served with a nice side of cheesy mash.
It was really on the smoker I had it up to temp in 20 minutes and then let it cook flipping it every 15 minutes and it turned out fantastic.
I cooked on premium Ironbark/blue gum and added in some wattle for the extra little bit of heat to finish it off.
