👍 YOUR ROSTER AND YOUR NEXT SWING SORTED!

We know good Diesel Fitters have options. But there's a big difference between being offered a good hourly rate and knowing you've got the work.

At JMS, you're not joining a labour pool waiting for the next phone call.

✅ Poitrel is your site
✅ 7:7 is your roster
✅ You'll know where you're going next swing

That means you can plan your work, plan your days off and have some certainty around what's coming next.

APPLY TODAY 👇

If you're a Diesel Fitter who's had enough of wondering where the next swing is coming from, this is an opportunity to lock in some certainty.

⚠️ Safety isn’t just a priority, it’s a responsibility we all share.

Every day, our team heads to work knowing that looking out for one another comes first. Creating a safe workshop doesn’t happen by chance it takes commitment, attention to detail and people who genuinely care.

A big thank you to our entire team for making sure everyone goes home to their families at the end of each day.

Because at the end of the day, nothing is more important than our people. 👏

💐Fresh Flowers

Heavy industry usually means machinery, noise and dust and dirt. That’s why Rachel’s fresh flowers in the office each week make such a difference.

Thanks to Our Flower Bar for bringing a bouquet of colour into our world.

🏁 An action-packed weekend at Bathurst V8 Supercars.

What better way to cheer on your team than track side.

We are proud to acknowledge 3 team members celebrating 10 years of service with Joyce Mechanical Services.

It’s not every day you get your name on the side of a V8 supercar
- big thanks to Bradi Owen and David Owen for making this happen.

Thank you for your unwavering support and incredible work ethic for the past decade.
