We took over this build in Mill Park after the previous builder left the owners with an unfinished home. Here are four things we found:

1. Floors that aren’t level
2. Roof plumbing left incomplete
3. Cracking in the driveway slab
4. Downpipes left unfinished
These are easy to miss and costly to leave. Save this for your next site visit.

What a difference a well-planned renovation can make.

This Rosanna project transformed both the kitchen and wet areas, but it wasn’t simply a cosmetic update.

The kitchen was completely redesigned, while the wall separating the original bathroom and laundry was removed to create one larger, more functional space.

Same home. Completely different feel.

✅Your builder should be on site regularly, not just when something goes wrong.
✅They should be coordinating trades so the right people show up in the right order.

Joinery that sits flush.

You might not consciously notice these things when you walk into a bathroom, but you'd notice if they were wrong.
