Works continue at our 25 apartment building job in Highett.
Roof replacement is near completion and we are now moving onto the cladding replacement, balcony rectification works and internal repairs.

Our expert trades are running to schedule and the residents can look forward to the building works being completed on time.

Work is now complete at our 10 unit site in Boronia and it looks fantastic!

✅ Refurbishment of 19 balconies (inc waterproofing)

Once again our R&N team of skilled trades completed the works as and when promised with as minimal disruption to residents as possible.

After two failed builders, R&N is now on site to carry out repairs and refurbishment to balconies, cladding and various other remedial works to this apartment complex on Canterbury’s historic Maling Road.

After completing the 32 unit project in Ringwood, our team commenced similar remedial works on a 10 apartment building in Boronia.

This new job includes all balcony tile/membrane/substrate replacement, combustable cladding replacement and all internal damage repairs.

Our experienced R&N Building team are experts in rectification works, with a solid reputation in completing quality work on time and on budget.

Doncaster apartment works recently completed. R&N were commissioned to remove all non-compliant combustable cladding and replace with new hebel and full render system. The building is now compliant, safe and looking like new.

Repairs and remedial works carried out to “The Majestic” are nearly at completion.

This historic old apartment building on Fitzroy St, St Kilda was in need of some TLC and R&N was able to bring the facade back to it’s presentable best.

After months of hard work by our dedicated workers and tradies, work is near completion on the refurbishment and repair of the 32 unit complex in Ringwood. All aspects of the contract will be completed on time and within budget.

Now onto prep and set up for the next lot 31 units requiring internal and external defect repair and refurbishment.
