Wired a Link ECU Monsoon G4X into this clean example KE70 with a fresh rebuild 4age with ITBs, got it up and running, ran in the motor on the dyno and then carried the tuning netting a healthy 80rwkw and a car that drives very nicely.

A compete rewire was requested for this Mk1 Ford Es**rt using supplied components. So we wired a P14 BlackBox PDM to the vehicle using bulk head connectors on the boot and engine firewalls.

✅️ Haltech IC7 dash wired with a complete array of engine sensors and GPS speedo, along with Gear position from the Quaife 6 speed Sequential.

✅️ 15 button wired and programmed with a range of logic, adding modern tech to an old vehicle.

✅️ P14 PDM wired in with custom harness.

This Ford duratech 2.0L should make some decent noises and push this along nicely.

Pretty happy with how this came out! Just finished a big build on this Supra, which includes the following

✅️ Link G4X Plug in ecu with a full custom wiring harness that incorporates a complete sensor package and retains full oem functionality.

✅️ Full rebuild by Neat Gearbox of the B series diff with OS Giken 1.5way L*D

✅️ Custom fabricated intercooler piping and a full stainless 3.5-inch exhaust by JB's Kustoms

✅️ Cylinder head service with new head gasket, ARP studs, and all OEM seals and parts. Includes set up of 260/260 Cams

✅️ Installation of BC coilovers, set up heights, and new Whiteline Swaybars

✅️ Upgraded fuel system with Radium drop in dual pump carrier, twin 460 pumps, -8 feed and return, FPR800 regulator and a flex fuel sensor with bypass set up.

✅️ Flex fuel tuned on 98 and E85 carried out in-house with a decent 467rwkw 👌🏻

Plus much much more. Safe to say, this should be a fun street car while retaining that factory OEM feel.

Something exciting to share! I now have a in house brand new Mainline Chassis dyno with the latest CCS software in a custom dyno area, which is still under construction.

I will be offering packages on engine and transmission management solutions, wiring and tuning.

Carried out a tune on this Mk4 Supra with a Link G4X ecu, petrol tune done with ethanol coming up next. I'll do a post about this car soon as a lot went into it.

Another project that came through the shop recently. This Subaru had the start of a roll cage installed some 5 years ago and since then surface rust had formed and regulations changed. We cut out the centre diagonal and corrected it, added a heap of additional bars and gussets. Added some strut tower bracing and ensured that it will meet current regulations. All painted and ready for the customer to carry out the rest of the build before its back for wiring.

We recently completed this JZA80 supra plug and play Link G4X board install and custom harness that retains full factory functionality. Did away with the expansion harnesses on the ecu and routed everything through the main harness.

Complete with full sensor package, CAN Lambda, and a range of extras.

Much neater than the factory harness! Even got all the factory firewall boot and clips on it.

This beautiful KE70, which I wired up quite some time ago came in for some extra work, including fitting a Link CAN Lamb...

This beautiful KE70, which I wired up quite some time ago came in for some extra work, including fitting a Link CAN Lambda sensor, knock sensors, and configuring closed loop fuelling and knock control on the dyno. In addition to this, an AIM 5-inch display dash was added so the customer can have some more info being displayed and a faster tacho than the factory KE70 item.

Finished off this new engine harness for a GC8 WRX Rally Car with a EJ20 engine. As you can see the old engine harness was tired and unreliable. Did away with the factory ecu and wired in a Link ECU Fury G4X with a full sensor package to keep it reliable.
