This E36 came in for some finishing touches and wiring plus a tune. The following was competed at SM Automotive Solutions.

✅️ Link G4X Plug in ecu installed with expansion loom, full sensor package as well as a Link ECU CAN Lambda kit.

✅️ OEM harness modified for boost control, IAT and various other changes

✅️ Fuel system upgraded, intake plenum refitted.

✅️ Calibration on the dyno netting a result of 287rwkw on 12 psi boost from the M52B28 as well as a broad torque curve.

✅️ Identified some issues that need addressing prior to first outing on the track.

This well known SA drift car came in for a rewire after new owner purchased it. Previous wiring had suffered some major damage after an engine fire. Removed all the factory Nissan wiring and fuse box and simplified it with a BlackBox P14 PDM, CAN Keypad and reused the existing Link Engine Management G4+

Retuned the car after changing some damaged sensors, added knock protection and multiple boost levels that can be changed on the fly with the Keypad.

Results were 295rwkw on base pressure (220kpa) and 357rwkw on high boost (265kpa)

New owner has never drifted before so should be a nice package to learn in.

This S15 came in for a check up and some minor issues fixed. As the car already had a Link ECU, a CAN Lambda kit was fitted, set up and put on the dyno. Very quickly it was apparent that the car had some trigger issues with the standard Nissan CAS.

Fitted a 5-0 Ignite trigger kit and then ran into misfiring issues with the old split fire coilpacks. A R35 COP upgrade later and I was able to carry out a full calibration of the ECU.

Made a nice punchy 290rwkw on E85 at 1.5 bar boost but injectors proved to be the limiting factor before pushing any more out of it. Should be a nice fun street car now!
