Another exciting milestone at our latest knock-down rebuild in Seven Hills! 🎉

The piering is complete, and we're gearing up to pour the slab within days. This one's keeping us on our toes — tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac with a steep driveway climb, every delivery and every pour takes careful planning and precision. 💪

What makes this project extra unique? We're retaining the existing granny flat on site while we build the brand-new main home alongside it — keeping the property functional while the build progresses. It's the kind of challenge our team genuinely loves to solve. 🙌

🏗️ Big milestone this morning at our Westmead duplex project — the roof trusses are in! 🙌
The home is really starting to take shape now. You can see the roofline emerging, the articulations coming to life, and the balconies beginning to define the character of the build. It's one of those moments on site that reminds us why we love what we do. 😍

We visited the site today and demolition is complete — the canvas is clear and we are ready to build! This knock down rebuild marks the start of another exciting custom home journey, and we couldn't be more thrilled to get underway.
A beautiful custom designed double storey home is about to rise on this block, and we can't wait to show you every step of the transformation. From bare earth to a stunning new home — this is what we live for! 🏡✨

🏗️ Project Update — Lane Cove!
We're excited to share that work has officially kicked off on our latest project in Lane Cove! 🎉
Our team is currently in the thick of demolition, carefully clearing the majority of the existing structure to make way for something much better. It's always a big moment when a project transitions from the old to the new — and this one is no exception.
Once demolition wraps up, we'll be moving straight into slab preparation and pour — laying the foundation (literally!) for what's going to be a fantastic build.

We are weeks away from completing this stunning double storey home in Glenwood, and the excitement is real! 🙌
The big items still on our list:

⚡ Electrical fit-off (partially done)
🛗 Lift commissioning
🪨 Stone benchtops
🚗 Driveway
🌿 Landscaping
Our painter is also coming back to address the wall and ceiling touch-ups that have been carefully marked — because the details matter just as much as the big stuff.
We couldn't be happier with how this project is progressing. This home has been a labour of love, and we can't wait to hand over the keys and share the final reveal with you all! 🔑✨

Once the brickwork wraps up, hebel installation kicks off straight away, and we honestly can't wait to see this home's exterior start to really come to life. The transformation from frame to finished facade is always one of our favourite stages of a build. ✨

🎥 Progress video alert — Auburn double storey + granny flat
This one's been a real test of logistics — and we're proud of how it's come together.
Our Auburn project sits right on the corner of two busy roads. No footpath staging. No easy delivery access. Virtually zero perimeter parking. Every major delivery required traffic control to be organised — concrete, steel, bricks, frames — you name it, it needed a plan.
That's the reality of building on a challenging site. And it's exactly the kind of challenge Riverview Homes is built for. 🏗️
The brickwork is now complete on the double storey home and granny flat — and next up, we're moving into cladding. Watching this one come together has been incredibly rewarding.
