Final completion was achieved on 30 April 2026 at 15-21 Doody Street, Alexandria - the adaptive reuse of the former Max Brenner chocolate factory into 10 premium industrial office suites.
The project involved a full heritage refurbishment within an operational facility, retaining the building’s brick facade, exposed beams, and industrial windows while delivering contemporary commercial finishes throughout - polished concrete floors, high ceilings, private kitchenettes, and balconies on select suites, with a ground-floor cafe.
Construction was staged and sequenced to maintain safe operational access throughout the programme.
