Hi Guys
We have the XC front lock dialed in with a few sets off for polishing and Anodising next week 😎
we’ll do some wiper blanks for the wiper motor and the brake reservoir covers early next week and send these also for polishing and Anodising

What’s your thoughts on boot hinges sets is there enough interest in these to make them happen?

Hi Guys,

Here’s one that’s a bit crazy! A custom set of stainless steel XM Falcon door hinges made for Carla and his current project, Shockwave XM .

This is definitely a car to keep an eye on as the build progresses. The level of detail going into this car is going to be insane, with crazy custom parts like these going throughout the entire build.

From 3D scanning and printing through to CNC machining, there was a massive amount of work involved before these hinges went off for polishing and final assembly.

All pivot joints now feature precision bearings for smooth, precise operation, with the original springs remanufactured in stainless steel to complete the package.

A huge thanks to Carla for giving us the opportunity to be involved in her build. The boys and I here at OCBillet absolutely love taking on this type of custom work — the jobs that not many others want to tackle!

We love pushing the limits and turning crazy ideas into one-off, precision-machined parts. 🔥

Hi Guys
This is something we’ve wanted to give a go for some time ,just been waiting for the correct part

So these have been DMLS 3D printed in stainless steel
this was a perfect part for this application ,the original part had a design flaw causing the cylinder mounts to brake off and unable to buy just these end components ,with the complete component having a 13k price tag😳 this was the perfect opportunity to give this a go

So a quick 3d scan to get some cad work sorted and redesign the mount with some bracing to resolve the issue

2 week turn around pretty happy with the finished product😎😎

If you have something that’s out side the box this might be an option for you too
