Grulke Ready Mix Concrete has a fleet of 5 concrete trucks and the only concrete pump within the region, with a 36 metre boom. Our concrete pump makes accessing your site a breeze as well being time efficient and cost effective. In addition to supplying your concrete, we can set up and pour your slabs, as well as placing and finishing. Administration Officer –

Grulke Ready-Mix Concrete is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team.

This is a key position offering a diverse range of administrative responsibilities within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations
Manage accounts receivable and payable
Process payroll and prepare BAS statements
Conduct online banking and handle EFTPOS transactions
Prepare customer quotes
Utilise accounting software (experience with Reckon or similar is required)
Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Customer Service and Communication:

Provide excellent customer service and accurate product information
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Communicate effectively with the director, staff, and clients

Skills / Attributes:

Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management
Previous experience in the concrete or construction industry is advantageous
