With a permanent workforce of over 20 employees, we are a strongly systems and technology-based company, designed from the ground up to be able to take on a large number of high-end residential projects at one
time. We are focused on the continued professional development of all our staff and recognise the importance of transparency, clear communication and close relationships. This extends to our relationships with clients and project partners as it is our ultimate goal to exceed expectations, continue relationships past handover, finish on or before contract end dates and stay true to budget. The team at TCON includes Tim, the managing director paying close attention to details at all preliminary stages of design and throughout the build. Below Tim, we employ a construction manager to handle the day to day running of projects and keep our site managers running to schedule. Our contract administrator works within this partnership to ensure all facets of the contract are organised and accounted for and is paramount to the project running smoothly. All projects have an employed site manager, carpenters and apprentices to ensure we can control our schedule and quality control. STRUCTURE
