PROJECT AWARD | Stella Maris Catholic Primary School, Shellharbour

Catholic Education Diocese of Wollongong has awarded Trinity Fitout and Construction with the design and construct project at Stella Maris Catholic Primary School in Shellharbour in collaboration with Watson Young Architects and Sensum Group.

The project involves both construction and fitout works to Buildings B, D and F to enhance campus functionality and improve learning and staff environments.

The external campus scope includes delivery of staff area upgrades, new gate installations and comprehensive accessibility upgrades. These upgrades comprise DDA-compliant ramping, new stairs and the installation of a lift. The lift package requires detailed coordination of precast concrete lift shaft walls, structural steel, beam supports as well as compliant ramp interfaces.

Internal works include new partitions and linings, full-height plasterboard systems with acoustic panels in the GLA spaces, wet-area linings, ceilings and access panels, doors, frames and hardware, glazing and associated finishes all in accordance with the architectural documentation.

PROJECT AWARD | Penrith Group Homes

Our Trinity Fitout and Construction team has been awarded the design and construct project for Penrith Group Homes, a purpose-built three-storey residential facility located in Western Sydney.

The development comprises 11 units supported by shared communal facilities, along with dedicated office spaces and a basement level providing on-site car parking.

PROJECT COMPLETION | St Charbel's College

Our Trinity Fitout and Construction team has completed the alterations and additions project at St Charbel’s College for Bellcorp Management, designed by Vision Group Architects.

The works involved refurbishing the space, enclosing the existing library undercroft and transforming the previously unused roof terraces into a vibrant new outdoor space.

The completed project now provides additional space for St Charbel’s College students and teachers supporting the school’s community.

YOUNG PROFESSIONALS | Site Tour at Sheehy Avenue Garden Crypts Stage 7

Earlier this week, our Trinity Fitout and Construction team hosted the first site tour of the 2026 Young Professionals program, with over 20 attendees from ClarkeHopkinsClarke, BM+G, JN | Consulting Engineers and APG - Artazan Property Group joining us on site at our Sheehy Avenue Garden Crypts project in Rookwood Cemetery for Catholic Cemeteries + Crematoria to see live construction in action.

A big shoutout to our delivery team Moe Alawwa, Brad Hanson and Tony Greenaway for guiding the group through the live site. From a morning concrete pour to witnessing a concrete slump test and sample collection in concrete mould cylinders for compression testing, it was a great hands-on insight into the works happening on the ground.

PROJECT PROGRESS | The Salvation Army Group Homes Far West NSW

Our Trinity Fitout and Construction team has been awarded the Far West NSW Group Homes modular building project for The Salvation Army Australia.

In our role as Principal Contractor, we are currently undertaking all associated site works, external works, and service connections to support the upcoming installation of six modular residential buildings and one modular community building.

PROJECT COMPLETION | Menai Indoor Sports Centre

Our Trinity Fitout and Construction team has successfully completed the roof replacement works at Menai Indoor Sports Centre for Sutherland Shire Council.

The project was initiated due to the age of the existing roofing, however, this also presented an opportunity to significantly upgrade the building’s passive fire and bushfire risk provisions. These upgrades included:
- A projected beam fire detection system
- A mechanical ventilation system designed for high-volume smoke extraction
- A BAL - flame zone rated roofing system

To accommodate these enhancements, significant structural upgrades were required to the existing portal frame. New stiffening and bracing members were introduced to support the increased loads associated with the upgraded roofing and mechanical plant.

Due to the scale of the facility, 23 metre long roof sheets were installed, requiring a 100-tonne crane to safely lift and position each section. The works demanded careful planning and coordination, particularly in managing complex logistics and the handling of long-span materials.

The project was a strong collaborative effort, with works staged so that the Centre remained operational throughout the project. Now complete, this important community asset has been secured for decades to come.

PROJECT AWARD | BlueScope Main Control Building Works, Port Kembla

Our Trinity Fitout and Construction team has been awarded the BlueScope Main Control Building Works project located at the Port Kembla Steelworks.

The project involves the refurbishment of ablutions and office spaces across five levels within the main control building. Works will include the installation of new building services, upgraded internal finishes and improvements to key staff amenities.

Once complete, the refurbishment will enhance the functionality and overall quality of the workplace environment for BlueScope personnel.

PROJECT PROGRESS | St Charbel’s College

Works are well underway at St Charbel’s College!

Our team is progressing with delivering the alterations and additions works, including the enclosure of the existing library undercroft and the transformation of previously unused roof terraces into vibrant new outdoor spaces.

On completion, the works will provide enhanced facilities to support the school’s community.
