LEA AWARD WIN | St John XXIII Catholic College, Stanhope Gardens

Fantastic news to see the recent project works at St John XXIII Catholic College recognised at the 2026 LEA(D) Awards by the Association for Learning Environments Australasia, winning the Category 7 Award.

The Biomechanics & Gym Hub formed one component of a larger design and construct project delivered by Trinity Fitout and Construction for the Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese. SUPPORTING PIF | Tour de PIF 2026

Over 46,000 young Australians don't have a safe place to sleep each night.

As builders, we believe we have a responsibility to help make a difference. That's why 25 staff from the Trinity Fitout and Construction team are taking part in Tour de PIF 2026, walking, running and cycling to raise funds for the Haven Project, which creates safe homes for young people experiencing homelessness.

We've set ourselves a fundraising goal of $30,000 because we've seen the life-changing impact the Property Industry Foundation has in providing safe and secure housing.

We're incredibly proud to share that after just two weeks of fundraising, we've raised $12,542 bringing us close to the halfway mark.

A huge thank you to everyone who has donated and supported us so far. If you'd like to help us reach our goal and support this important work, we'd greatly appreciate your support.

PROJECT COMPLETION | Yarra Community Centre

Our Trinity Fitout and Construction team has completed the fitout of Yarra Community Centre - a project proudly funded by the NSW Government in partnership with the City of Parramatta and designed by Sam Crawford Architects.

Located at 10 Uhrig Road in Lidcombe, this 1,017m² space has been transformed from a cold shell into a welcoming and inclusive hub for the community.

Our scope included the installation of a new entrance, internal accessibility ramp, an access flooring system and sprung timber flooring in key areas. The centre features a wide range of facilities, including a large function room with capacity for 150 people, a meeting room, a commercial-grade kitchen and male, female and accessible bathrooms. It also includes an after hours Quiet Study area with seating for 20 people, alongside multipurpose and adaptable rooms, a communal lounge, as well as office and storage spaces. A range of sustainable products were carefully selected and integrated across the project to support a more environmentally responsible outcome.

The facility now meets community needs with flexible and bookable multipurpose spaces that support a range of community programs, activities and events and enhance social and cultural connections.

PROJECT AWARD | Advantaged Care - Georges Manor

Advantaged Care Group has awarded our Trinity Fitout and Construction team the Georges Manor design and construct project.

Located in south west Sydney, this project involves the refurbishment of both external and internal common areas within the existing residential aged care facility. The scope also includes remediation works to the external building fabric, specifically the roof and balconies.

Working within a live RACF, our team will carefully plan and stage works to minimise disruption to residents, staff and visitors, maintaining a safe environment throughout delivery.

We are looking forward to collaborating with project architects INTEGRATED DESIGN GROUP to deliver these upgrades and contribute to the ongoing improvement of this important community space.

PRECAST INSTALLATION | Sheehy Avenue Garden Crypts Stage 7

Progress is continuing at the Sheehy Avenue Garden Crypts within Rookwood Catholic Cemetery, with 452 precast concrete burial crypts currently being installed on site.

The installation process requires careful planning, coordination and precision to ensure each precast unit is safely and accurately positioned. Take a look at some of the progress being made on site below.

We are proud to be working with Catholic Cemeteries + Crematoria and Ignite on this project, contributing to places that will serve families and support the community for generations to come.

YOUNG PROFESSIONALS | Company Presentations 2026

One of the annual highlights of the Young Professionals program is hearing directly from participants during the company presentations afternoon.

Representatives from ClarkeHopkinsClarke Architects, BM+G, JN | Consulting Engineers and APG - Artazan Property Group recently delivered presentations on their organisations, their roles and what a typical day in their profession looks like, before opening the floor to questions and discussion. A special shout out to Justin Mosca and Tony Greenaway from Trinity Fitout and Construction for their delivery on the day.

Sessions like these are a great reminder of why we invest in programs such as this. Seeing the group come together to share their experiences is at the heart of the program. It provides valuable insight into the diverse disciplines involved in project delivery and helps build a greater appreciation of how we each contribute to successful project outcomes.
