We are delighted to share that Rawson Homes is a finalist in the 2026 HIA NSW Awards.

Three kitchens from our display centre at HomeWorld Oran Park have been recognised across two categories, with the Seaview and Nara named finalists in the Kitchen in a Display Home up to $60,000 category, and the Chadwick recognised as a finalist in the Kitchen in a Display Home over $60,000 category.

From carefully considered layouts and premium finishes to functional spaces designed for everyday living and entertaining, each kitchen reflects our commitment to thoughtful design and creating homes that Australians love coming home to.

We were delighted to host Christine and Neil from COLORBOND® Steel, who shared insights into the latest colour trends, architectural influences and product innovations shaping Australian homes.

Our Chadwick home design at HomeWorld Oran Park has been named a finalist in the 2026 HIA NSW Region Display Home Over $1 Million category.

The Chadwick is designed for modern family living, combining sophisticated design, generous spaces and premium finishes. From the grand entry and designer kitchen to the luxurious master suite, it's a home that showcases what's possible when thoughtful design meets quality craftsmanship.

Last week, we welcomed Ash Newth from TIACS to our Austral site for a Toolbox Talk focused on mental health, wellbeing, and the importance of checking in with those around us.

The morning kicked off with a BBQ breakfast generously provided by Hudson Mitre 10 Group, bringing the team together for meaningful conversations and valuable insights on looking after ourselves and our mates.
