We’re excited to share that kitchen installation is now underway for both the main house and the granny flat. This stage marks a major step forward, as these spaces start to take real shape and functionality.
Our team is currently installing high-quality cabinetry, carefully aligning each component to ensure a seamless finish. Benchtop installation is also in progress, bringing durability and style together to create kitchens that are both practical and visually striking.
These kitchens have been thoughtfully designed to maximise space, flow, and everyday usability—whether it’s for family living in the main house or comfortable, independent living in the granny flat.

Great progress at our Campbelltown site as we hit another exciting milestone. Black stylish Semiframeless Showerscreens have now been fully installed across all wet areas: including the main bathroom, ensuite, powder room and granny flat bathroom.
These additions are really elevating the look and feel of each space—bringing a clean, modern finish while enhancing functionality and durability. From precise measurements to seamless installation, every step has been carefully managed to ensure a high-quality outcome that aligns well with the overall design vision.

We’ve successfully completed the installation of the wafflepod system, marking a major milestone in the early stages of construction. Each pod has been carefully positioned and aligned to ensure consistency across the slab, helping to optimise load distribution while reducing the amount of concrete required — a smart and efficient foundation solution.
Following this, our team has installed the reinforcing mesh, ensuring it is correctly supported, spaced, and tied in accordance with engineering specifications. This critical step strengthens the slab, helping to minimise cracking and improve overall structural integrity.

We’re pleased to share that initial site establishment works are now in place, including full perimeter site fencing, two designated access gates, and on-site amenities installation.

The fencing ensures a secure and controlled environment, while the access gates have been strategically positioned to allow safe and efficient entry for vehicles, deliveries, and site personnel. A site toilet has also been installed to support workforce needs and maintain compliance with site safety and welfare standards.

With these essential setup elements now complete, the site is fully prepared for construction activities to progress safely and efficiently.

Dream Built PM is proud to share another construction milestone achieved at our Claymore project site. Our team has successfully completed the waterproofing works up to the sand–cement bedding stage, marking an important step in the build process and setting a solid foundation for the next phase of works.
Waterproofing is one of the most critical stages in any construction project, particularly in wet areas and external surfaces. Proper waterproofing protects the structural elements of the building from moisture pe*******on, helps prevent long-term damage, and ensures compliance with building standards. At Dream Built PM, we treat this stage with the highest level of care and precision.
🔧 Scope of Work Completed
Our team carried out a comprehensive waterproofing process, ensuring every step was completed to industry standards and manufacturer specifications. This included:
✔️ Detailed surface preparation to ensure strong adhesion of the waterproofing membrane
✔️ Professional application of the waterproofing system to create a continuous protective barrier
✔️ Inspection and curing period to ensure the membrane performs effectively
✔️ Installation up to the sand–cement bedding stage, preparing the surface for the next stage of finishes such as tiling
Reaching the sand–cement bedding stage means the waterproofing layer is now properly protected and the area is ready for the next construction phase. This stage ensures the membrane remains intact while providing a stable and level base for upcoming finishes.
