Our latest build in Mosman took shape on a rare battle-axe property with a tight easement, over 60 steps of access, and a client vision that deserved nothing less than precision and A-class craftsmanship.
Every material, from the spotted gum hardwood floors to the custom joinery, the feature staircase, the upstairs wet bar and the architectural panels of glass…were carried in by hand to protect the integrity of the finishes. It wasn’t the easy way. It was the right way because we don’t cut corners.
Designed in-house by our architect Dixon Andrews, this home stretches across two storeys and an open-plan layout carved intentionally to frame the water views. A fireplace anchors the living space, the staircase draws the eye upward, and the wet bar turns the top floor into a quiet retreat overlooking the treetops.
What made this build special wasn’t just the design. It was the partnership. Our clients were hands-on in every decision, every finish, every nuance, shaping a home that truly reflects them.
