After catching Dave polishing his favourite forklift, we eventually managed to get this week's Factory Fridays underway!

This episode is all about pairs, from OMEGA forklifts and Reach Stackers to refurbished Terbergs ready for their next chapter. Along the way we explore our parts operation, highlight some practical fleet tips and finish with an early look at the Clark L80XE, a truck that seems to be attracting plenty of attention around the site.

We also take a look inside our central parts warehouse, home to over $30 million in parts inventory, and share a simple but effective way to help protect one of the most commonly worn items on any forklift, the operator's seat.

Another big delivery for the Port of Mackay. 💪

Our latest OMEGA RS65 Reach Stacker has arrived at North Queensland Bulk Ports Corporation's new Port of Mackay Container Depot.

It joins a CLARK S35D, OMEGA 54E Empty Container Handler and OMEGA 16-6 already supplied, with Terberg equipment still to come.

The new depot has already passed its first test, with 32 containers carrying tunnel boring machine components departing Mackay bound for the USA.

It's a great example of new infrastructure creating another pathway for Central Queensland industries to reach global markets.

Factory Fridays is back on home soil this week as we take a walk through the OMEGA production line in Sydney.

Join us as we check in on a range of OMEGA machines at different stages of production, from 16 tonne forklifts nearing completion through to Reach Stackers, Dedicated Container Handlers and a major Empty Container Handler rebuild project.

Along the way, you'll also see the Clark Forklifts that help keep the operation moving, transporting components and supporting production across our mixed indoor and outdoor facility.

From new builds to complete rebuilds, it's a great snapshot of Australian manufacturing in action and the work that goes into producing and supporting some of the largest materials handling equipment in the country.

OMEGA muscle has arrived in Mackay. 💪

A new OMEGA RS65 Reach Stacker has landed at the Port of Mackay, joining the growing fleet of OMEGA equipment supplied to North Queensland Bulk Ports Corporation.

The new Container Depot has already passed its first test, with 32 containers carrying tunnel boring machine components leaving Mackay bound for the USA.

Now the heavy equipment is moving in as the facility gets ready for full operation.

Proud to see OMEGA Heavy Trucks playing a part in building new container-handling capability for Central Queensland.

Factory Fridays heads under the bonnet this week!
