So it’s disheartening to see millions in Defence spending go offshore under programs like BST, while capable Australian manufacturers aren’t even asked to quote.
No handouts.
Just a fair go.

Ben Wye Engineering and Design Pty Ltd is looking for a motivated Apprentice Welder & Workshop Assistant to join our team in Uraidla.
This is a great opportunity for a school leaver or junior wanting to start a career in welding and engineering, or someone keen to learn the trade. You’ll work alongside experienced tradespeople and gain hands-on experience in MIG, TIG, and stick welding, as well as general workshop duties.
