The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our growing team with Elite Concrete. This role is ideal for a skilled Concreter with strong attention to detail and experience working in all aspects of concreting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Place and finish a variety of concrete mixes and finishes
• Operations of ride on / walk behind and pole trowels
• Help our team of experienced Formworkers and steel fixers when required
• Read and interpret construction plans
• Maintain a safe and organised work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Concrete Finisher
• Experience in a variety of aspects of concreting
• Current Drivers licence
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Valid White Card

We are seeking an experienced Commercial / Formwork Carpenter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson with strong attention to detail and experience working with formwork systems in a precast or commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret construction and shop drawings
• Set out and box precast panels accurately
• Use magnetic formwork systems
• Construct and position rebates and penetrations
• Work closely with the production team to ensure high-quality finishes
• Maintain a safe and organised work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Trade-qualified carpenter (commercial/formwork experience preferred)
• Experience in precast concrete or formwork systems (highly regarded)
• Ability to read and interpret plans confidently
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Semi Tipper Driver to join our concrete plant operations for 2026. This unique role requires a versatile individual capable of operating a heavy vehicle and a front-end loader to self-load materials.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Delivery: Safely operate a semi-tipper to transport raw materials (sand, gravel, aggregate) to and from the concrete plant and various job sites.
Self-Loading: Operate a wheeled front-end loader to efficiently load your own truck and maintain bulk material stockpiles in the yard.
Inspections & Maintenance: Conduct thorough daily pre-start checks on both the truck and the loader, identifying and reporting any faults.
Site Support: Assist with general plant duties, including yard cleaning and maintaining concrete washout areas as needed.
Compliance: Maintain accurate driver logbooks and delivery documentation in accordance with safety and OH&S guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
Licensing: Valid Heavy Combination (HC) driver's license.
Machine Operation: Current front-end loader ticket/competency and proven experience operating heavy plant equipment.
Experience: Previous experience with tipper operations and working in a concrete, quarry, or civil construction environment.
Safety Focus: Strong commitment to workplace safety and a clean driving record.
Physical Fitness: Ability to work outdoors in variable weather, climb in and out of machinery frequently, and perform manual tasks.

It’s great to see concrete going in to the ground floor on this project. Nearly 1000m3 of concrete has been delivered to this site so far in footings and various other concrete pours with plenty more to come. Awesome efforts by the whole for supplying the labour to prep and pour, supplying all of the premix concrete and supplying the concrete pump. Soon to have precast supplied and installed. NO ONE else does what these guys do!! Thanks to the whole BINC team for reaching this milestone. Cheers 🍻
