Before any work gets done, we get the boys together for our toolbox talk.

Safety is always the priority. We cover manual handling, site risks, and anything else the crew needs to know before getting started.

From there, we run through the game plan—where we’re starting, what the target is, and what we want to achieve by knock-off. Everyone knows their job, everyone’s on the same page, and that’s how we keep the job safe and productive.

Galvanised steel delivered straight from the production factory with no identification tags. Is this standard practice?

For steel fixers on site, missing tags mean extra time measuring and identifying every bar before work can begin. Time spent searching is time not spent building—and on site, time is money.
