Welcome to Fitzgerald House in South Yarra - a heritage home reimagined with Eco Outdoor’s Forum Full Stone Bricks.

This project balances restoration and renewal which honours the original home’s character while introducing contemporary design through carefully considered material selection.

The hero: Forum Full Stone Bricks in warm white with a tumbled finish - providing beautiful contrast to the heritage facade while creating a seamless, light-filled connection between the original home and the contemporary addition.

Bricks expertly laid and interviewed by the master James Grundy from Arris Bricklaying.

In Collaboration: Studio McCue x Mancini Made.

Recently, our companies came together to work on a one-off opportunity on the Golden Mile in Brighton.

Taylor Dow from Dow Real Estate presented us with a challenge: help him bring something new to the market. Our solution? A tailored package that combined design and cost in one seamless offering.

Working closely with Studio McCue, we proposed a three-level luxury home with a build budget that aligned with market expectations. McCue designed it, Mancini Made priced it, and when Taylor took it to market, it sold in less than a week.

A highly successful outcome in one of Melbourne’s most coveted locations—and we’re already working on the next one.

Closing out 2025 ✨

As we look to close out the year tomorrow, we start to reflect on the year that was - and for Mancini Made, it was a special one.

Detailed demolition is now underway, making room for a thoughtful restoration of the heritage home paired with a bold contemporary extension.
