Progress Update – 412 Cougar Street

We are continuing to provide pre-construction services for our clients, working closely with the architects and design team as we move through the Development Approval process. This phase is a critical step in bringing the vision to life and will likely span the next few months.

Collaborative planning is where great builds begin, and we couldn’t be happier with how things are progressing. The renderings are coming together beautifully, and we’re looking forward to seeing the next stages of this project unfold.

Project Update – 12 Skogan Peak Drive

We’re excited to see progress unfolding at Exshaw Mountain Gateway - the future home of our speculative build at 12 Skogan Peak Drive. This new development, just minutes from Canmore, is shaping up to be something truly special! By the looks of things, surface work crews are making great strides toward reaching their milestones.

Every step like this brings us closer to the Developer securing Construction Completion Certificates for the neighbourhood… and that means we’re getting closer to breaking ground on this beautiful new home build!

We’re looking forward to getting started and bringing this vision to life in such an incredible setting. More updates to come as things continue to move ahead 🏡

Project Update – The Spa (Emerald Beauty)

Last week, our concrete and plumbing crews were onsite laying the groundwork – literally - by cutting and preparing the slab and installing the plumbing layout. Seeing careful planning turn into real progress is such a rewarding milestone.

Next steps are already lined up: the team from Competition Concrete will be back to fill in the cuts and secure the foundation, and by the end of next week, our framing crew from DVS is set to begin bringing the structure to life.

We can’t wait to see this space continue to take shape in the weeks that lay ahead 🚧

Meet The Team - Ethan Fisher

Ethan’s journey into the construction industry began over six years ago, working as a Construction Labourer on major project sites together with James. From the start, he developed a strong foundation through hands‑on experience, collaboration, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Over time, his skills and responsibilities have continued to grow, leading to an expanded role at Polaris Builders where he contributes across a variety of projects. After successfully completing the Architectural Technology program at SAIT in June 2025, he returned to his studies last fall to pursue a Degree in Business Management.

Alongside his professional development, he has demonstrated strong dedication and discipline through his studies and as a member of the SAIT Trojans Men’s Basketball Team. He will be rejoining us once again during his summer break from college, and we’re proud to support his continued growth as we look forward to what lies ahead.

We’re excited to share that our CCHS Courtyard Update Project is now complete!

Our incredible landscaping partners at Scope Projects officially wrapped up the work today - and the results speak for themselves. The courtyard transformation turned out perfectly, bringing the CRPS Team’s vision to life in every detail.

From concept to completion, Scope Projects worked closely with our Team and the folks from CRPS and they absolutely nailed it. Their craftsmanship, creativity, and attention to detail have provided a refreshed space that everyone at CCHS will enjoy for years to come.

A huge shoutout to the Scope Projects team for an outstanding job, we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. 🤝

Meet The Team - Jaxon Fisher

Jaxon entered the construction industry more than seven years ago, starting as a Construction Labourer on large‑scale project sites alongside James. Through hands‑on experience and a strong work ethic, he quickly developed the skills that laid the foundation for his career.

As his experience grew, so did his role at Polaris Builders, where he has become a trusted and valued contributor across the company’s expanding portfolio. In June 2025, he completed the Civil Engineering Technology program at SAIT, earning his diploma and graduating among the top of his class. Last fall, he returned to SAIT to continue his education, working toward a Degree in Construction Management.

Beyond the job site, he shows continued drive and determination through his academic pursuits and as a member of the SAIT Trojans Men’s Basketball Team. This summer, he will be completing his internship with Polaris Builders as a Site Supervisor, and we’re excited to support his ongoing growth both professionally and personally.
