🏡 FROM START TO FINISH — AN INCREDIBLE BACKYARD TRANSFORMATION! 🔨

Another major deck project completed by A + Construction – Decks & Fences!

What started as an old, outdated deck has been completely transformed into a beautiful, spacious outdoor living area designed for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying the backyard for years to come!

Our crew handled this project from the ground up, putting in the work and attention to detail every step of the way.

🛠️ Here’s what went into this transformation:

✅ Complete demolition – Removed the existing deck and prepared the area for the new build.

✅ Helical pile installation – Installed a new foundation system to provide solid structural support.

✅ Ground preparation – Installed landscape fabric and a gravel base underneath the deck for improved drainage and w**d control.

✅ Custom deck framing – Built a large pressure-treated lumber structure with reinforced framing and blocking.

✅ Pressure-treated decking – Installed new deck boards throughout the entire outdoor living space.

✅ Custom-built staircases – Constructed two sets of stairs, including a beautiful wide staircase leading directly into the backyard.

✅ Custom railings – Installed pressure-treated wooden railings with sleek black metal spindles for a clean, modern finish.

✅ Privacy and hot tub area – Built a covered hot tub section with wooden privacy walls to create a comfortable, sheltered space.

✅ Custom deck skirting – Installed black decorative skirting around the deck, including access panels for storage and maintenance underneath.

✅ Finishing details – Completed the trim, fascia, stair railings, and finishing touches to bring the entire project together.

💪 From demolition and foundations to framing and finishing, our team took care of it all!

The result is a complete backyard transformation with plenty of room for entertaining, relaxing in the hot tub, or simply enjoying time outdoors.

Just putting some feelers out to see if there would be a need for it!!!!

We’re happy to say we do a lot of work with McBane Group… we will be adding 2 Turkey Dinners to their giveaway this Christmas to help Families in need

Christmas is right around the corner. It’s just about that time of year again— twinkle lights, cozy nights, and (of course) Christmas dinner! 🦃 💫

We know the holidays can be magical… but they can also be a lot. And sometimes, a little extra help can make all the difference. ❤️

So this year, we’re kicking off something brand new — Our First Annual Christmas Dinner Giveaway! 🦃 🥔 🥕 🥧

We’re putting together FIVE complete Christmas dinner grocery packages, each one big enough to feed 4–6 people. We’re talking turkey, potatoes, carrots, stuffing, gravy, pie — the whole works. (Groceries, not prepared food — so you can fill your home with those amazing Christmas dinner smells! 😋)

If you or someone you know could use a little boost this season — a friend, a neighbour, a family member, or even yourself — we’d love to help make Christmas dinner happen.

🎁 How to nominate:

Send us a quick direct message to tell us who you are nominating and why.

Please spread the word and share our post.

We’ll be choosing 5️⃣ recipients and announcing them on December 15. 🗓️Dinners will be dropped off the week of Christmas so they’re fresh and ready to go. 🥘🦃

This isn’t some big company promotion — it’s just us, your friendly local business, wanting to spread a little kindness and holiday cheer in the community that means so much to us. 💕

And hey — if you’re another small business who wants to jump in and help us support even more families, reach out! Let’s make something really special happen together this Christmas.❤️❤️❤️

📍This giveaway is for our local families. (St Charles and Markstay-Warren)

With much love and excitement,
Candice and Ryan McBane
