The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects within our commercial and residential divisions while gaining hands-on experience under the guidance of experienced carpenters and supervisors.

Key Qualifications:
Enrolled in or willing to register in a Carpentry Apprenticeship program
Previous construction experience is considered an asset
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
Willingness to learn and take direction
Commitment to job site safety

Work Schedule:
Standard Monday to Friday
Occasional out-of-town projects may be required

Proud Sponsor Moment!

Many of our staff headed out last night to cheer on our two favorite players, #21 and #14, in the deciding game of their first round series.

It never ceases to amaze me how these two young men balance their work schedules with the demands of high level hockey. Last night was yet another example of their dedication and commitment.

Without exaggeration, it was one of the most entertaining and most physical hockey games our group has watched in over a decade of sponsoring teams across the Lakeland area.

Seriously.

If you haven’t made it out to catch a SR Pontiacs game, you are absolutely missing out. The intensity, the pace, the passion, its playoff hockey at its finest.

And while we’ll always be a little biased toward our two guys, a special shoutout goes to Scott Thackery. He delivered one of the most impactful 60 minute playoff performances Lakeland has ever witnessed. He was everywhere, doing everything, and making a difference every shift.

Congratulations on the big W! Our organization is already counting down the days to Round 2.
