World Mental Health Day, and it’s a gentle reminder that it is okay not to be okay. Take a moment today to check in on your loved ones, and more importantly, check in on yourself. Grab a coffee, take a walk outside, or just take a deep breath. 🌿

This year's theme is "Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change." Let’s prioritize mental well-being, listen openly to those sharing their stories, and ensure mental health care is accessible to everyone. 💚
