Progress is moving steadily across the site as drywall installation is underway in Building 1, with taping, painting, and trim work coming up next. Inside on Building 2, crews have also begun the rough-in phase, keeping momentum strong as the project continues to advance.

This pair of three-storey wood-frame buildings remains on track for a Fall 2026 opening. 🍂🔨

Progress is underway at a NEW Commercial Office Building 🏗️

This two-storey commercial development features structural steel framing, insulated metal panel wall construction, and an elevator serving approximately 7,000 sq. ft. per floor of future commercial tenant space.

With foundations and underground rough-ins now complete, crews are actively progressing through the structural steel framing phase as the building starts taking shape.

Completion is currently scheduled for the upcoming winter. ❄️🔧

Big progress at Mixed Use – Multi-Res 🏗️

The building is now officially weather tight, allowing interior work to move ahead full speed. Crews are actively working through rough-ins, insulation, and drywall installation as the project continues taking shape from the inside out.

Next major milestone: exterior finishes as the building moves one step closer to its final look. 🔧✨

Back at 77 Unit Multi-Residential 🏗️

Interior progress is moving full speed ahead, with rough-ins ongoing across the building. Drywall, taping, and sanding have started and are progressing well, bringing the spaces closer to their final form.

Next up: paint and interior finishes, as the project continues to move steadily toward completion. 🎨🔧

A new build taking shape 👷‍♂️

This six-storey, 68-unit development will feature commercial space at street level, with a structural system combining concrete construction for the lower levels and wood panels for the upper floors.

Crews are currently forming and preparing for the first structural slab pour, marking the start of the building’s vertical progress. Once the concrete structure is in place, framing of the upper levels will follow.

The project is on track for Summer 2027 completion. 🏗️

Back on site at Commercial Development Phase 1 🏗️

Installation of the insulated metal panels is well underway, giving the building its exterior form while crews prepare for upcoming roofing and window installation. Inside, teams are getting ready to begin the interior rough-in phase, marking the next major step as the structure continues to close in.

Progress remains on track for summer 2026 completion, with the space set to be ready for future tenant fit-ups. 🔧✨

We’re back at Multi-Res – 84 Units 🏗️

Interior finishes are progressing steadily, with painting, flooring, and cabinet installations underway throughout the building. Inside, each space is starting to come together as the final details take shape.

On the exterior, siding is ongoing and nearly complete, bringing the building closer to its finished look.

Everything is lining up well for an early spring opening. 🏘️

We’re wrapped up at Multi-Res – 101 Units ✅

This six-storey, 101-unit multi-residential project is now fully complete and delivered ahead of schedule, with building occupancy right before the Christmas Holidays.

A strong finish to this build and a great example of how solid planning, coordination, and ex*****on can move a project across the finish line early. 👷‍♂️🏘️

We’re back at Multi-Residential, 72 Units – Phase 2 🏗️

Phase two is officially kicking off with a 72-unit, three-story wood-frame building, the second of this two-phase project. Foundations were wrapped up just in time before winter ❄️, and crews are gearing up to start framing shortly.

Excited to see this new building take shape as the project moves steadily toward its winter 2027 completion 🔨✨
