Happy Father’s Day to our founder, Roman!

Long before DRT Custom Homes was building dream homes across Niagara, Dad was teaching us the value of hard work, patience, and passion. This photo from years ago captures one of his favourite pastimes—fishing.

Whether on the water or on a job site, Roman has always believed that the best results come from dedication and persistence.

Happy Father’s Day, Dad. Thank you for building the foundation of DRT and the values we continue to carry forward every day. ❤️

Why February Is the Best Time to Plan Your Custom Home or Renovation.

If you’re thinking about building a custom home in Niagara or tackling a major renovation or addition, February is one of the smartest times to start. While most people wait for spring, the reality is that the best projects begin with planning—months before construction season.

At DRT Custom Homes, winter is when we help homeowners across Niagara, Grimsby, Niagara-on-the-Lake, and St. Catharines make confident decisions, protect their budgets, and avoid delays.
