We recently completed a project for the Saskatoon Berries at Cairns Field.

The work included a new VIP seating area featuring 354 custom seats behind home plate on aluminum grandstands, two concrete bar-top seating areas adjacent to the dugouts, and custom purple padding behind home plate. The project also involved netting, fencing, shale, and landscaping modifications to accommodate the new seating area.

Hopefully everyone gets a chance to catch a game this season. Go berries! 🫐 ⚾️

After many years of leadership and dedication at Wright Construction, Leslie Doka, our Senior Vice President, has decided to step away from her role and begin a new chapter.

Leslie has played a major role in shaping our company, our culture, and the people within it. Her leadership, guidance, and impact have left a lasting mark on Wright, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she has contributed over the years.

We wish Leslie all the best as she takes some well-deserved time before pursuing her next adventure. We know she will continue to do great things.

Thank you, Leslie, for all you have done for Wright Construction.

Thankfully, the weather has improved significantly since we captured this snowy video! ☀️🌱

With a spring in our step, things continue to come together at the new Redhead Equipment project in Melfort.

The interior concrete slabs are complete and the building shell is now fully enclosed, allowing crews to keep moving ahead inside the facility. Mechanical and electrical work continues throughout the repair shop areas. In the showroom and office spaces, ceilings are installed while paint and millwork continue ahead of flooring installation.

After years of planning, collaboration, and hard work, the new Weyburn General Hospital project is officially complete and turned over! 🏨 👷🏻‍♂️🌾

This new healthcare facility will provide modernized spaces for patients, staff, and visitors for years to come. From the building itself to the extensive site development, utilities, landscaping, and traffic accommodation work, this was a major undertaking and a true community build. 🤝

We’re incredibly proud of everyone who played a role in bringing this project to life, including the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement and the ORT, Saskatchewan Health Authority, Weyburn & District Hospital Foundation Inc., Adero Architecture, LM Architectural Group, HTFC Planning & Design, Robb Kullman Engineering, Daniels Wingerak Engineering Ltd, WSP Canada, Western Electric, Christie Mechanical along with the many subcontractors, suppliers, and local contributors involved throughout the project. None of this would have been possible without your expertise, dedication, and commitment every step of the way. ✨

This project was a huge accomplishment for our team, and we’re proud of the experience, growth, and relationships that came from it. We look forward to seeing this facility serve Weyburn and surrounding communities for many years to come.

Right now, it might just look like a lot of dirt and equipment, but big things are taking shape on McPherson Avenue. We’re nearing completion of the piling scope for The Oliver (WestCliff), where new apartments and townhouses will soon start to rise. 🏗️👷‍♀️

We’re in the final stretch on the Cree Nations Treatment Haven project! ✨👷‍♀️

Exterior work is coming together with roofing nearly complete and cladding close behind. Inside, finishing touches are underway - from flooring and paint to tile and kitchen equipment as commissioning continues throughout.

Last up: the ceremony room, featuring a custom fireplace with a 26’ chimney that will make it a standout space.

Looking forward to sharing the finished project soon!
