🏗️ Efficiency vs. Proficiency. There's a difference.

Everything was screwed down, top and bottom. Looks good, right?

Except it was TWO INCHES out. 🤦‍♀️

That means Andrew gets to spend his time planing everything down so the truss doesn't end up two inches out too.

And there's the difference.

Efficiency is getting the job done quickly. Proficiency is knowing how to get it done RIGHT.

Because when you rush through the first part, somebody else gets to spend their time fixing it.

And if you listen carefully at the very end of this video, you'll hear Andrew's professional assessment of the situation. 🤣🤣

15 hours in and the lights are still on.

Long days, late nights, and another pile of fresh lumber ready to go.

When Andrew commits to a job, he commits. There’s something pretty satisfying about seeing a site lit up at night, knowing how much work went into it that day — and seeing tomorrow’s lumber already sitting there waiting.

One long day down.

Another one ready to be built. 🔨
