There’s something about a home that feels warm and inviting the moment you walk through the door.

Natural wood finishes, rich green cabinetry, live-edge countertops, and windows that bring the outdoors in. Every detail of this tiny home was designed to create a space that feels collected, lived-in, and full of character.

Proof that living small doesn’t mean compromising on the things that make a house feel like home.

The art of tiny house design.

At just 400 sq. ft., this home is a perfect example of what thoughtful design can do with a smaller footprint.

Tiny house design isn’t simply about fitting a home into less space. It’s about making every inch feel intentional.

Every sightline. Every material. Every window. Every detail.

The result is a home that feels open, refined, functional, and distinctly its own.

Living tiny shouldn’t mean compromising on the way a home looks, feels, or functions.

Welcoming Groundswell Mechanical / Okanagan to the Summit Collective on this project. Thank you for making this dream a reality.

Build Beyond Boundaries.
